- Lock Keeper's Cottage — Victorian 2-bedroom cottage on a private island in the River Weaver at Dutton Locks, with a wood-fired hot tub and views of the Dutton Viaduct. Sleeps 4.
- Acton Bridge Cottage — Two-bedroom Victorian cottage refurbished in 2021, with a meadow orchard of 14 fruit trees, a short walk to the village pub. Sleeps 4.
- 2 Bedroom Cottage at Oakmere — Refurbished 2022, overlooking a lake, wood-burning stove, two outside terraces. Five minutes from Delamere Forest and off the Whitegate Way. Sleeps 4.
- Shepherd's Hut at Dutton Locks — Hand-built shepherd's hut fully refitted in 2026, on a private river island with wood-fired hot tub. Sleeps 2.
- Oakmere Shepherd's Hut — Woodland shepherd's hut overlooking a private lake, elevated deck, wood-fired hot tub, near Delamere Forest. Sleeps 2.
- The Hide — New for 2025, a lakeside lodge with floor-to-ceiling glass, in total seclusion. Sleeps 2.
